Our Upsilon Nu Chapter at University of Nevada, Las Vegas would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. We are very excited for the upcoming year. We bring 2007 to a closure and reflect on the many great events that took place including our successful Bowling Tournament, the barbecue that was held at the beginning of the year for new DS1s, Bingo, Ronald McDonald House Dinner, Thanksgiving Food Drive, Movie Nights, Tailgate Parties for UNLV Football and our Sentinel Candle Fundraiser. We already have our second annual Psi Omega Bowling Tournament planned for Saturday January 26th, 2008. New elections were held and the new officers for our Upsilon Nu Chapter are as follows: President: Ashley Hoban, ‘09, Vice President: Dan Cowley, ‘09, Treasurer: Meredith Shulman, ‘09, Secretary: Breanna Raner, ‘09, Editor: Shokofeh Motlagh, ‘08, Historian: Darren Cole, ‘09, Senator: Ethan Zuker, ‘10, Guardian: Erik Johnson, ‘09, Social Chair: Ryan Dee, ‘09.

Congratulations to the DS4s for completing their part two National Dental Examination Boards as well as to their upcoming graduation ceremony in May 2008!
