In order to update our computer records and for the publication in the Frater, it is necessary for us to have the names of the officers elected for your chapter each term.   This report must be completed by the Deputy Councilor of each Chapter twice each year.  
Submit by January 15th for updates in the Frater   Submit by April 15th and October 15th of each year
